We highly recommend ordering the tasting with their perfectly selected wine pairing to get a true sense of the restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed every single course. Highlights of the evening were the fragrant lemon sole with sea herbs served on seaweed crackers, the melt in your mouth Mackerel in Coal Oil with Marinated Tomatoes, Seaweed and Fennel, the flavourful Roe Deer with Cylindra Beetroot, Blackcurrant and Hemp, the fresh Halibut in Pine with Grilled Leeks, Nettle, Gem Lettuce and Whey, and tender Copas Chicken with Sweet Turnip, Black Trumpet and Wiltshire Truffle.
