Michelin Starred Seasons by Olivier E., has introduced a warming and mouthwatering Autumn menu inspired by the serenity of forests. The Autumn Forest Tasting Menu fuses earthy flavours, delicious ingredients, and innovative recipes bringing the change of seasons to your dining experience. We loved the decadent Quail Terrine cooked in Fig Leaf with Foie Gras, fragrant Ceppes Mushroom Consomme, tender and fresh Autumn Truffle & Dover Sole “En Papillotte” with with Nori Seaweed and & Shimeji Mushroom, and the juicy and flavourful Charcoal Grilled Duck Breast with with Sauteed Girolles & Mirabelle Plum. The cheese course featuring creamy Munster cheese and Lettuce with Horseradish Vinaigrette was the perfect juxtaposition of flavours and the rich Forest Entremet & Green Tea Crumble with Cherry and Red Wine Sorbet was a great finale. Each course comes with a perfect wine pairing and truly brings you an indulgent taste of Autumn.
