The Salt Room, located on Brighton’s beautiful seafront, is a chic and inviting restaurant serving some of the finest seafood in town. With sea views, impeccable service, and fresh fare, it’s the ideal spot for a mouthwatering meal. We loved their seafood focused menu and specials board featuring fresh local options. Favourite appetizers include the tender and flavourful Octopus with Taramasalata, Pickled Grapes and Capers, the delicate and beautifully displayed Mackerel with Miso, Beetroot and Clementine Curd, and the homemade Beef Pastrami with English Mustard and Pickled Mushrooms. For mains we highly recommend their gigantic, locally caught Seabass with Mussels, Lemon and Vegetables which was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Large enough for 2-3 people it is a definite must order if your lucky enough to find it on their specials menu. It was evident in every bite that The Salt Room team take great care in sourcing their ingredients and creating innovative and delicious combinations.
