During our trip to Bangkok we were very excited to discover one of our favourite HK Japanese restaurants also had a location in The St. Regis Hotel. The familiar chic surroundings and tempting menu was too good to resist and we were also excited to try some of the unique dishes that were exclusive to their Bangkok location. We started with their indulgent Wagyu Gyoza with Yuzu Truffle Dip, and the refreshing Seabass thinly sliced with Yuzu, Truffle Oil and Salmon Roe which were great for sharing. We also recommend their Seasonal Premium Autumn-Winter Sushi Platter which was extremely fresh and delicious. The Zuma Dragon Prawn Tempura, Freshwater Eel and Avocado Maki Roll, exclusive to Zuma Bangkok, was a welcome sight for both our eyes and tastebuds so make sure to sample it while you are there. We had two decadent main courses to finish our meal and loved their impressive Jumbo Tiger Prawn with Yuzu Pepper and their perfectly cooked Signature Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Red Chili and Sweet Soy. Make sure to check out their extensive and unique sake selection and amazing menu of refreshing and surprising cocktails to compliment your dining experience. A perfect date night spot when visiting Bangkok.
