Master Chef Chung Kin Leung spent several years at Government House preparing meals for prominent world leaders. His dishes are both decadent and traditional allowing us to sample luxurious Chinese cuisine. We recommend the crispy Foie Gras Prawn Cutlets On Toast, the mouthwatering Stir Fried Vegetarian Shark Fins with shredded Abalone and Scrambled Egg, the flavourful Sauteed Minced Pigeon with Lettuce Cup, and the tender Deep-Fried Crispy Angus Beef Brisket with Curry Sauce. The venue is small and intimate with only 52 seats allowing for an exclusive dining experience. We loved the fusion of East meets West interiors which perfectly represents Hong Kong and the classic feel which made it the ideal dining venue for celebratory dinners or when entertaining important business associates.
