Mirage, located at Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, boasts an iconic 25 foot tall bar and beautiful Harbour views. The restaurant has recently unveiled a new North American Celebratory Beef Menu available from now until August 31st and Chef Owen Panzica has sourced different cuts of beef from Canada and the United States to create new and exciting dishes. We loved the perfectly seared USDA Skirt Tacos using Corn Tortillas and a delicious Salsa Verde, and the flavourful Whole Beef Short Rib with New Potatoes, Shallots and a Sichuan Peppercorn Jus which gave a slight numbing sensation that accented the dish perfectly. Mirage are also offering all American Red Wines to go with their selection of beef so make sure to ask the sommelier for recommendations. Don’t miss the signature dishes off their a la carte menu as well including the beautifully displayed Oysters “Fresca” with Gin and Tonic and the refreshing Japanese Kingfish with Gin Compressed Watermelon and Yuzu.
