Their luxurious surroundings and friendly, professional staff make you feel instantly at home and are helpful when it comes to ordering from their vast menu or well selected wine list. The Michelin recommended restaurant is known for many traditional specialities including their indulgently mouthwatering Roasted Peking Duck. We couldn’t get enough of the juicy slices wrapped in fresh pancakes with unique flavours such as spinach & ginger, and carrot & garlic. The Peking duck at Cuisine Cuisine is served two ways and after devouring the delicious roasted meat wrapped in pancakes, the rest was served stir fried in fresh, crisp lettuce wraps. Other favourite dishes of the night included the tender and luxurious Sauteed Boston Lobster in spicy sauce from their Sea of Bliss seasonal seafood menu, the juicy, melt in your mouth Sauteed Diced Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with Sea Salt, and the unique and delicious crispy Rice with Diced Scallops and Dried Seafood in Seafood Soup. Pair everything with carefully chosen wines from their knowledgeable sommelier for a perfect decadent meal.
