Tai Hang has always been one of our favourite HK neighborhoods, with hipster coffee shops, mouthwatering local fare, and quaint streets that give off a distinct feel of community. Elementary is their newest addition and brought to the area by the people behind Kennedy Town’s popular Catch and Mama Malouf. The laid back, industrial style space is an ideal spot to hang out with friends for lunch or dinner and dig into their fresh and delectable fare. Must try dishes include the creamy Burrata paired perfectly with Pink Peppercorn Honey and Stone Fruit, the refreshing and vibrant Olive Oil Poached Tuna Salad, the flavourful Duck Heart Kebabs, the indulgent Bone Marrow with Anchovy & Parsley Coating, and the fresh Whole Roasted Snapper with Tamarind & Squid Ink Aioli. Don’t miss their creative Ice Cream Sandwiches made using various flavours of in-house made Ice Cream. We are already looking forward to returning soon and trying more off their great menu.
