Originally from Roppongi in Tokyo, Imadoki specializes in soba and has a very extensive and varied menu of the favoured noodle dish. We sampled the Zaru Soba and loved the satisfying texture and flavours bringing us back to our trip to Japan. As well as soba there are also plenty of other traditional Japanese dishes and a specials menu serving up fresh options. We loved the generous and flavourful Salmon Roll, fragrant Deep Fried Mackerel, rich and delicate Miso-Marinated Black Cod, tender and juicy Pork Belly marinated in Soy Sauce and Vinegar, and the addictive lightly roasted Squid. A great choice if you are craving a Japanese dining experience in the Jimbaran area.
