After four successful years of serving up delicious tapas to HK patrons, Fofo by El Willy has revamped it’s interiors and reopened with a fresh new look and even more culinary delights. We loved the window adjacent tables, perfect for enjoying wine and sharing from the perfectly crafted Spanish menu. Favourite dishes from the night included the unique and tasty Explosive Smoked Salmon Air Bags, the indulgent Bikini sandwich with Iberico ham, black truffle, mozzarella and arugula, the mouthwatering Spanish Suckling Pig Ribs, and the delicious fusion of flavours in their “Pintata” Guinea Fowl Supreme & Black Truffle Stuffed with Manchego Cheese, White Ham & Mushroom Ragout. Make sure to sample their refreshing and intricate cocktails as well as the many great Spanish wines from their list. Nothing completes a tapas meal better than churros and Fofo’s delicous chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream version was the perfect end to a very enjoyable night.
