During our stay at MGM Macau we lunched at their grand Cantonese restaurant, Imperial Court. We loved the beautiful entrance just adjacent to the VIP lobby which got us in the mood for the luxurious meal that was to follow. Imperial Court takes unique and authentic recipes but gives them a decidedly modern twist, offering the diner a discerning and enjoyable experience. All dishes are created with only the freshest produce ensuring quality in every bite. Highlights during our decadent lunch included their beautiful selection of traditional dim sum, the rich and heavenly barbecued duck liver and pork skewers, and the tender and sweet deep fried pork spare ribs with osmanthus sauce. A great place for family or business dinners and a must visit if you love Cantonese dining with style.
