Favourite dishes included the gigantic and juicy Pan Fried Tiger Prawns, fragrant Tom Yum Goong, indulgent Lamb Shank Massaman Curry, perfectly seared Pan Fried Tuna Steak with Green Curry Sauce and delicate Pan Seared Seabass with White Wine Cream Sauce.
