We are big fans of Sichuan cuisine so we were very excited to hear a new spot had entered the Central restaurant scene. Conveniently located in the LKF adjacent M88 building, Sichuan House serves up authentic and mouthwatering Sichuan dishes in a chic and stylish setting. We loved the sleek interiors and great service alongside a big menu full of traditional Sichuan flavour. Many of the spices are flown to HK straight from the Sichuan province offering truly authentic dining experience. Our favourite dishes included the Crispy Pork Jowls, the boneless fish fillets served in piping hot chili oil, the tangy yet spicy Pi Country Fish in Doubon Sauce, the fresh Neijiang Fried Sea Cucumber with lettuce wraps, the beautifully displayed Tea-Flavoured Duck with Chicken Filling, and the taste bud awakening Bashu Spicy Prawns. If you are looking for authentic and delicious Sichuan food that is beautifully presented then Sichuan House is a must visit. Definitely a Hungry HK favourite for when those spicy cravings hit and we can’t wait to return for more.
