When we heard we could have a private chef prepare a dinner in the comfort of the villa we quickly jumped at the opportunity. The accommodating and professional staff set up the terrace for a memorable meal complete with romantic candlelight, tablecloth and lanterns, and truly went out of the way to create a unique dinner at sunset. The chef started grilling as we sat at the inviting table and served delicious salads and warm bread to wet our appetites. We couldn’t resist the smell of fresh seafood being grilled and were truly blown away by the insanely juicy steaks. The impeccably curated menu included a refreshing Caesar Salad with Croutons, Bacon Chips and Shaved Parmesan, perfectly prepared Australian Grain Fed Sirloin with Red Wine Jus and Baked Potato, fresh White Snapper Fillet with Herbs and Lemon Butter, tender Chicken Tikka Skewers with Roti and delicious Braised Roasted Pork Ribs.
