The Racha is offering an ultimate dining experience for their guests allowing you to celebrate with your loved ones during your stay. We loved the concept where we could pick a variety of locations to have our memorable dinner. The accommodating staff sent us a variety of location choices from a stunningly romantic Star Deck to a breezy and picturesque Poolside option. All the perfectly curated spots allow you to dine under the stars and enjoy a decadent set menu expertly created by their Executive Chef. We started our mouthwatering meal with tender Scallop wrapped with Bacon on Lobster Sauce, Smoked Duck Breast with Dijon Mustard Sauce and Mixed Hydroponic Salad drizzled with Raspberry Vinaigrette, followed by a creamy and fragrant Lobster Bisque, all beautifully presented. The main course options were both a true treat, from the delicate and flavourful 300 grams Giant Tiger Prawns served with a Sparkling Wine Saffron Cream Sauce, to the juicy, perfectly grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin with a Red Wine Sauce and Mushroom Risotto. Our meal finished with an indulgent Duet of Dark and White Chocolate Mousse served on Triple Berry Compote. The meal all tasted amazing paired with a bottle their house red wine. The staff not only set up a lovely dining experience, they are able to cater to your specific requests whether it’s a certain flower, favourite cocktail, or special set-up to celebrate your special occasion. A perfect way to treat someone you love or mark an anniversary or birthday during your stay at the Racha.
