In Villa Dining was truly one of the highlights during our stay at InterContinental Koh Samui.  We loved spending time in our private pool and lounging in our room so we often opted to enjoy a private meal as a family over going out during our stay. For breakfast the staff served it promptly at our time of choice on a floating basket and we enjoyed coffee and croissants while swimming under the sun. While staying in their newly renovated family villa we took full advantage of the large dining table and set up a mouthwatering lunch full of comfort food and Thai favourites.  Every dish came plated beautifully and the service made it feel like a special meal during our stay. We highly recommend trying their in villa bbq if you’re staying in one of the pool villas. The staff go out of their way to set up an entire experience complete with music, twinkling lights, and an elegant dining table. They display all the seafood and meat for you to select and everything is grilled and plated on site while you enjoy the relaxed evening. Whether you’re looking for a feast or casual poolside snack the F&B team are always available to meet your needs and ensure you have comfortable and decadent dining experiences throughout your stay.
