Bibo is leading the way as HK’s new hotspot, boasting famous modern street art and an impressive menu to match. We instantly fell for the buzzing atmosphere and ultra cool surroundings, transporting us straight out of the busy street into a stylish Parisian setting. We opted for the mouthwatering Degustation Menu with wine pairing, ideal for an impressive date night. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with unique and delicious flavour fusions. Favourites included the sweet Japanese scallop, the Hokkaido sea urchin paired with caviar, and the melt in your mouth filet mignon. Definitely a new Hungry HK favourite and perfect if you are looking for a stylish and cool dining spot. We can’t wait to return for more and sample some of their cocktails at their equally chic bar.
