Albatros, Hotel Riu Caribe’s all day dining destination serves a large buffet spread, full of mouthwatering Mexican fare and world cuisines. We loved sitting beside the window admiring the palm tree views and delving into the delicious dishes. Highlights included the DIY taco station, pan fried steaks, freshly shaved parma ham, and impressive array of desserts. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the wood fired pizzas and freshly prepared pastas.  Service was consistently quick and friendly ensuring we always had drinks and coffee when requested. A perfect family friendly dining spot while staying at this beachfront resort.
