Located beside picturesque Aspen Snowmass, Ajax Tavern is a must dine spot and our favourite apres ski stop. Grab a table, enjoy the view and cozy up in one of their enticing booths for a hearty and mouthwatering meal. We loved the buzzing ambiance and friendly staff alongside a tempting locally infused menu.

Seafood lovers will be impressed by the fresh and tasty prawns and the creamy pot of mussels that was ideal for sharing. The cheesy and generous Onion Soup Gratinee is a must order and our children were delighted with the family friendly kids menu full of all American comfort fare.  Other favourites includes the juicy Wagyu Steak Sandwich and delectable Wagyu Bolognese made from West Emma Cattle Co. Wagyu Beef. Pair your meal with a bottle of wine or hot chooclate for a perfect end to the evening. One of our favourite spots for dining and relaxing while staying at The Little Nell.
