For an authentic and mouthwatering Italian feast head to Di RoZa during your stay at the luxurious Hyatt Ziva.  We loved the intimate and ambient dining room perfect for a memorable evening. Service was exceptional from start to finish and we found it hard to choose from the brimming menu full of classic Italian fare. Highlights from the appetisers included the delicate and flavourful Beef Carpaccio and the fragrant Calamari e Gamberi Fritti. We highly recommend the juicy Filetto di Manzo and the irresistible 36 Hours Sous Vide Porchetta for the main courses, and if you’re travelling with little ones, our kids couldn’t get enough of the rich and creamy Lasagna. One of our favourite spots for family dining during our stay.
