Established in 1926 and one of Hong Kong’s oldest Tea Houses, Ling Heung Tea House is the perfect bustling spot if you are looking for a truly local experience. Be prepared to wait for a coveted seat, and plan on being patient throughout your meal. Ling Heung still utilizes traditional dim sum carts, where each steamed bamboo basket is freshly prepared and brought out piping hot, while being wheeled round to all the patrons. Great for those who don’t know what to order and prefer choosing dishes based on it’s aesthetic appearance. Every dish was fresh, distinct, and very delicious. Make sure to sample their crispy spring rolls, sweet barbecue pork buns and flavourful chicken feet. We loved the buzzing atmosphere, mixture of patrons, and extra strong traditional tea service. A must visit for an authentic dim sum experience in Hong Kong.
