A stylish Parisian brasserie has hit the Central scene and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food in a chic yet chilled setting. We loved the welcoming window front and cozy space, perfect for a date night or a wine fueled dinner with friends. The menu features classic French cuisine with a fun twist, and has plenty for every palate. Our favourite starters included the delicious and perfectly cooked diver scallops with caramelised sunchoke and the flavourful steak tartare enhanced by the rich truffle “egg yolk”. We also loved the Parisian style gnocchi which was perfectly complemented with spanner crab and a chili-tomato-shellfish-emulsion. For our main we shared the Day Boat Dover Sole “Meuniere”. One of my favourite dover soles I have had in Hong Kong. The giant fish was meaty, fresh and prepared just the way I like it, pan fried with lemon, capers and parsley. Add some of their great sides such as the potato puree with caramelised garlic and their sauteed wild mushrooms with Provencal herb butter. Make sure to save room for one of their desserts. The indulgent Grand Cru Chocolate definitely hit the spot. An amazing neighborhood vibe and a definite Hungry Hong Kong favourite.
