Quest by Que, one of our favourite modern dining spots, has introduced a Summer menu perfect for those who love innovative cuisine. The fresh and mouthwatering menu fuses light, summer flavours to create a truly memorable dining experience. The 8 course menu begins with a delicate and flavourful Carabineros Shimp Ceviche with avocado, salmon roe and crab & lemongrass consomme, and is followed by an indulgent Torched Toro with pickled bitter melon, crab & pork stuffing and green apple nuroc mam, and then Quest’s Signature Banh Mi, using smoked Iberico pork belly, homemade pork floss, pickled green radish and sriracha mayo. Main courses on the summer menu included a melt in your mouth BBQ Eel with Fish Sauce Caramel, and an extremely tender and flavourful Pho Braised Short Ribs with spring onion potato puree, roasted pearl onions and porcini mushrooms. The meal ends perfectly with a unique and refreshing Yamamomo Berry Sorbet, and an indulgent Chocolate Cake with pandan & coconut ice cream, salted coconut caramel, chocolate ravioli and coconut macaron. The casual yet chic atmosphere makes for a perfect date night spot or a fun weekend dinner party with friends.
