PANCAKE WITH EGG, HAM, CHEESE AND BASIL

We always stay with family when in Taipei and are lucky that they live in the food heaven otherwise known as Yong Kang Street. This pancake stand is right across the street from home so definitely tempting every time we head out the door. The onion pancakes are freshly made and so light and fluffy.  You have a choice of adding egg, ham, cheese, or basil to them or just taking a few plain ones home for snack. I recommend adding all of the above which makes for a mouthwatering wrap. One of my favourite Tawian street food stands.
