Spicy beef noodles are a must eat in Taipei and Yong Kang Beef Noodle is arguably the most popular in the city. We visited on a frreezing day and were lucky enough to snag a window side table to sample their delicious beef and soup. Start with a selection from their cold dish counter and order the classic spicy beef and beef tendon noodle soup. The broth is bursting with flavour and full of tender beef. Another speciality is their steamed intestine and their chili/satay wontons, which were both delicious and great as sharing plates if you are too full from noodle soup to try more than a bite. The perfect spot for a quick lunch in a true neighborhood spot that has been pleasing locals for years.
