Little L.A.B. have debuted an exciting new cocktail menu full of innovative recipes and a new bar snacks menu to match. Favourite new cocktails include the fragrant Tommy’s Spices, full of enticing notes of cinnamon and Angustora Bitters, as well as the very refreshing Lab Paloma, incorporating fresh grapefruit and tequila, and the powerful Green Hornet with Bacardi, Absinthe and ginger honey. We were pleased to hear that Little L.A.B. had introduced a bar snacks menu to pair with the delicious cocktails and recommend the juicy “Porky Sliders” using slow cooked and braised pork shoulder on a toasted bun with apple slaw, the moreish “Sweet Spuds” hand cut sweet potato fries with cinnamon honey mustard, and the indulgent “Crabby Patties” using crab meat, mustard, breadcrumbs, watercress and aioli. A favourite choice for quality, innovative cocktails in a friendly, welcoming environment.
