Scarlett Cafe & Wine Bar is a new cozy all day dining establishment located in TST. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner Scarlett is spread over 2 floors with a wine bar, displaying an impressive wine cellar on the ground floor and a comfortable dining set up on the first floor. We visited during the evening and loved the vibrant and energetic atmosphere of the venue. We recommend starting by ordering a few items off the tapas menu such as the mussels marinated in vinegar, the clams in shell with garlic, and the marinated butter fish. From the main menu we loved the savoury canned Spanish imported sardines and the indulgent, generously portioned bone marrow with shallots and black pepper to start. For mains their perfectly roasted baby chicken with Provencal herbs is a must order, and their Australian Wagyu beef tenderloin was flabourful, juicy and perfectly cooked. Perfect for after work drinks and snacks, relaxed weekends with friends or celebratory dinner parties, Scarlett is a very welcome addition to TST.
