Pinks Hot Dogs are an LA institution and I can never visit the city without eating there at least once.  I usually go very early or late afternoon to avoid long lines and snag a sunny outdoor table.  The menu is vast, so making a choice is always hard, but we settled on the Millennium Dog and Chicago Polish Dog.  Both delicious, full of flavour and utilizing fresh ingredients.  Beware the portions are large so make sure you are hungry and order cheese fries to share.
