Whisk is one of our favourite dinner spots and we are always extremely excited to try their innovative menu. Their Summer dish of poached egg, orange, tarragon and fennel was beautifully presented and tasted light and extremely refreshing, a great start to a meal. The Bonito dish with tagliolini, chili and garlic was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I loved the rich and creamy potato and leek soup which was deliciously enhanced with black truffle.  Another highlight of the meal was the Wagyu sirloin from their grill section. Juicy, extremely tender and so full of flavour I could have eaten two. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
