The lush garden is full of herbs and vegetables used throughout SAii’s restaurants and a small kitchen and breezy table sits at the centre creating an ideal ambiance to sample and savour the freshly picked ingredients. Our kids loved the garden tour and seeing where their food is grown and we marvelled at the Maldivian flavours used in our mouthwatering lunch. The chef prepared delicate and fragrant Maldivian Drumstick Leaves and Tuna Cakes paired with a spicy and juicy Papaya Salad, indulgent and flavourful Local Snapper Curry using freshly caught snapper, and a refreshing Tender Coconut Kheer for dessert. A unique and enjoyable private dining experience at the five star resort.
