One of Hong Kong’s oldest and most authentic Spanish restaurants, the food is cooked with traditional and unbeatable recipes.  Don’t expect trendy modern takes on the classic Spanish dishes. Ole brings you straight to Spain, with flavours of sizzling garlic, delicious gran reserva Iberico ham, and fresh paella.  You must try their flavorful peppers stuffed with codfish, garlicky and fresh shrimp, and of course the classic and perfectly prepared seafood paella. Every dish was reminiscent of past trips to Spain and the authentic ambiance was reflected in every aspect service and decor.  An ideal spot if you are looking for a real escape and somewhere you will return again and again.
