Asian night at Aura Pool Bar was one of our favourite evenings during our stay. The team turned the outdoor pool deck into an ambient dining area where you can admire ocean views and dine under the stars. The extensive menu features a plethora of Asian specialities from Chinese and Singaporean fare to Japanese sashimi and nigiri. We loved the abundance of seafood and relaxed DJ music which brought a chill vibe to the evening. Highlights of our dinner included the fresh and flavourful Hamachi Sashimi, tender Beef Tataki, juicy Asian Pork Ribs, and fragrant Singapore Chilli Prawns. Make sure to save room for dessert and delve into the creamy and silky mango pudding.
