Beach Shack is the ideal dinner spot for those who want to dine with their feet in the sand, under a sky full of stars. The picturesque and inviting setting instantly drew us in and we loved our intimate table beside the crashing waves. Beach Shack’s menu is full of grill items, fragrant pizzas, and delectable desserts. We loved sampling the fresh Green Beans Salad with Roasted Almond Cream and Olive Powder, the flavourful and rich Pulled Lamb on Wood-smoked Focaccia, the fall of the bone Louisiana-style Pork Back Ribs Rubbed With Cajun Spices, and the perfectly grilled and freshly caught Whole Jack Fish served with Lemon Butter Sauce. It was an enjoyable evening for the whole family and a memorable ambiance at Hilton Maldive’s idyllic island.
