The Farmhouse, at Hyatt Centric Hong Kong, is currently serving a Surf & Turf themed dinner buffet bringing together the freshest seafood and juiciest cuts of meat, creating a perfect evening for the whole family. We loved starting with the cold seafood section which included decadent Brown Crab, Snow Crab Legs, Prawns, Clams, Mussels and Whelks and even a Sashimi Counter with made to order sashimi prepared for you by the chef.
The cooked stations included Steamed Mussels, Juicy Lamb Chops, Roast Striploin, Roasted Pork Rack, Chinese BBQ Duck, Hainanese Chicken, Sichuan Crispy Chicken, Mapo Tofu, a selection of Indian specialities and more. A live Ramen Station was ideal on a cool fall evening and we loved that they even incorporated a dedicated kids buffet which is sure to please even the pickiest eaters.
A huge highlight was the indulgent Surf ‘N’ Turf Burger Station using Beef Patties and Garlic Butter Lobster grilled to perfection, paired with melted cheese and a wide array of condiments sure to impress all the foodies.
Make sure to save room for the many dessert stations and delve into cakes, sweets, and a spinning ice cream display. Families will be happy to hear there’s a playroom for the little ones to ensure they’re kept occupied and the friendly staff were always quick with service. Add on a free flow drinks package to complete the night. A great option for families or groups craving fresh seafood and delicious grills while in Hong Kong.
