We always have the most memorable time when staying at Centara Grand Maldives. From the moment we set foot on the island we were greeted by friendly smiles and unbeatable turquoise ocean as fare as the eye can see. The small, idyllic island is easily navigated by foot and offers a variety of villas both overwater and on the pristine white sand beach for couples and families.

We enjoyed our stay at the spacious overwater family villa boasting a large master bedroom, cozy kids bedroom complete with bunk beds, and walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. The villa incorporates two bathrooms which is ideal when travelling with children and a fully fenced deck ensuring water safety for all ages. We were located right on the house reef where we spotted an abundance of marine life and coral.

Our family enjoyed long afternoons at the picturesque main swimming pool and partaking in guided snorkelling excursions including swimming with the South Ari Atoll’s famed whale sharks and mantas. Guests can choose to upgrade to Club level and receive exclusive access to a private and serene swimming pool and secluded beach as well as fully serviced bar.

The all inclusive package is one of the best in the islands including a delicious all day dining buffet, mouthwatering Italian fare at Azzuri Mare and authentic Thai dishes at Suan Bua. We loved starting our evening at the picturesque Aqua Bar for sunset and our children enjoyed mocktail making, ice creams, and afternoon tea at Coral Bar and Lounge. Guests also have access to a fully staffed kids club and well equipped teens area including table tennis, pool, and many engaging activities.
