Adding to the collection of industrial design venues in Hong Kong is The Coffee Academics, one of the best places to spend a chill afternoon. We lunched and people watched from their spacious outdoor seating area, and were truly impressed with the delicious coffee and cafe food. I highly recommend the lobster brioche which is very generous and satisfying. Their shakerato is a great refreshing treat if you like espressos and even comes served in a wine glass. If you have a sweet tooth, they offer a afternoon tea selection and plenty of cakes, pastries and desserts. I loved the apple strudel which tasted like it came fresh out of the oven. The perfect spot to chat and leisurely spend a few hours with friends.
