Buzo Bali, created by renowned chef Will Meyrick, is a culinary gem that beautifully merges traditional flavors with contemporary dining. The concept is Izakaya e Birra, which takes a unique approach by combining locally grown, Italian-inspired ingredients served in small, bar-snack portions. This innovative venue pushes the boundaries of contrasting cuisines and flavors, all enjoyed with Bali crafted pints in an inviting izakaya bar setting.
We loved the central Seminyak location, friendly service, and stylish interiors. Our dinner started with vibrant hand crafted cocktails that paired perfectly with the freshly baked sourdough and spicy Pickled Octopus.
Highlights of our dinner included the Line Caught Snapper Crudo, the Salmon Tartare Crispy Rice Cake, the Slow Cooked Lamb Pappardelle and the Heritage Black Pig Pork Cutlet Katsu which all paired perfectly with their well curated wine list.
Buzo offers a buzzing ambiance that complements the exquisite offerings creating an ideal spot for date nights or an evening out with friends. A must try spot in Seminyak.
