I am a huge fan of the tapas trend taking over Hong Kong’s newest additions, but there are times when I crave the authentic stuff, without any traces of a modern twist. Tapaella Grill offers just this. The little restaurant tucked away in Kennedy Town reminds me of holidays in Spain and Spanish feasts with friends over sangria and wine. Everything is presented and prepared in a traditional manner, and even the decor is simple and nostalgic. I highly recommend the gambas and melted cheese with olives and their paella is absolutely delicious and full of fresh seafood. The absolute perfect spot for no fuss, delicious food in a relaxed setting.
