We loved the modern steakhouse serving irresistible cuts of beef while utilising dry-ageing and charcoal grilling throughout the menu. Highlights included the fresh and vibrant Bluefin Tuna Tartare, the decadent Lobster Soup, and tender and flavourful Akaushi Beef Tenderloin.
