We found a cozy culinary haven tucked right inside the sleek Hilton Buenos Aires, Alberto’s Lobby Bar. Whether you’re a hotel guest or just wandering through Puerto Madero looking for a bite, this spot is well worth a visit.

We settled into one of the plush armchairs and ordered a mix of classics and a few surprises. The traditional hummus was smooth and flavourful, served with warm, house-made flatbread, simple, but beautifully done. The kale and spinach fritters were light yet crispy, with just the right touch of spice, perfect for sharing.

For mains, the marinated roasted chicken stood out, juicy and aromatic, with a subtle citrus-herb glaze that made every bite shine. And of course, we had to try the classic beef burger. It was exactly what you’d hope for in Buenos Aires, perfectly grilled, generous, and unapologetically satisfying.

There’s a laid-back elegance to Alberto’s, modern design, friendly staff, and a calm, polished vibe that makes you want to linger.
