Tucked within this beautifully restored historic mansion, Magnolia Restaurant feels intimate and refined, with warm lighting, stylish decor, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
We started our evening with a signature cocktail in the lounge, then enjoyed a dinner that beautifully balanced sophistication with local Chilean flavors. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and artfully plated. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients, with creative twists that never feel overdone. Highlights included a delicately cooked Seafood Rice with Prawns, Shrimp, Mussels and Aji Panca and the flavourful Grilled Salmon and Squid Ink Pasta.
Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive, offering everything from fresh fruit and pastries to fragrant coffee and local cheeses. The service throughout was polished and attentive, yet relaxed and welcoming.
The restaurant’s indoor space is elegant, but we also loved the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a drink or light meal with sweeping views over Santiago. Magnolia Restaurant is more than a hotel dining room, it is a culinary experience in its own right, perfect for both guests and visitors.
