Hilton Niseko Village has become one of our family’s favourite snowy destinations. We return each year drawn by the combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrive, the cozy guestrooms make us feel instantly relaxed. Our favourite are the rooms with views of Mt Yotei, watching the snow-capped peak from the window while sipping a morning coffee is pure magic. For our family of four, two rooms side by side are perfect, giving everyone space while keeping us close.
The ski-in ski-out location is unbeatable. The Niseko Gondola is right on the front step, making it effortless to hit the slopes each morning. For a change of pace, the hotel is conveniently located beside Niseko-Yo, a strip of restaurants and shops that is perfect for quick bites, souvenirs, or strolling in the snow. A free shuttle makes it easy to access Grand Hirafu and Kutchan, opening up even more skiing and snowboarding options. After a day on the slopes, the stunning onsen is the ultimate way to unwind. The natural hot springs, with views of the surrounding mountains, are incredibly restorative, and the fully equipped gym ensures you can stay active off the snow too.
Dining at Hilton Niseko Village is a treat for the whole family. Ezo Pub offers a relaxed ski lodge vibe with Japanese favourites like udon, sushi, and ramen alongside burgers, gourmet sandwiches, and juicy back ribs, plus milkshakes that the kids adore. Sisam Japanese Restaurant delivers authentic Japanese fare in an elegant yet welcoming setting. We loved the assorted sashimi, freshwater eel glazed in sweet soy sauce, Hokkaido beef garlic steak, and cozy Sukiyaki gozen, all perfect with sake or wine. Melt Bar and Grill provides a delicious international buffet with fragrant curries, grilled-to-order meats, vibrant salads, local cheeses, and an excellent wine selection, all enjoyed while taking in snowy views.
