Za’atar Night was one of our favourite evenings while staying at Four Seasons Koh Samui. Set on the quiet beachfront we enjoyed mouthwatering Mediterranean and Indian cuisine. The intimate scene featured candlelit tables in the sand, waves lapping along the shore, and aromatic scents of spice and flavour. Our children hunted for crabs while we enjoyed a glass of wine while deciding what to sample from the gourmet menu. Highlights included the creamy hummus, fragrant and crisp Lamb Bi Ajeen, spicy and flavourful Chicken Tikka, juicy Lamb Chops, and indulgent Butter Chicken. All the dishes were ideal for sharing as a family and best enjoyed under a blanket of stars. A must when visiting Samui or while staying at the luxurious five star resort.
