One of the highlights of our stay at Siritarar Residence was the exceptional in-villa dining experience. The villa’s personal chef prepared an unforgettable traditional Thai feast for our family, allowing us to enjoy authentic local cuisine from the comfort of the beautiful private dining room.
The evening began with flavourful chicken satay served with rich peanut sauce alongside delicate Thai golden bags, crisp pastry parcels filled with savoury ingredients that were both beautifully presented and delicious. A refreshing prawn and pomelo salad followed, balancing bright citrus flavours with fresh herbs and succulent seafood. For mains, we enjoyed perfectly fried fish topped with a vibrant sweet and sour sauce as well as a deeply comforting Massaman curry rich with warming spices and tender meat.
Every dish showcased the freshness, balance, and complexity that make Thai cuisine so special. The intimate setting, attentive service, and elegant presentation transformed dinner into far more than just a meal. Dining together as a family in such a peaceful beachfront setting while being served authentic Thai flavours was one of the most memorable experiences of our stay at Siritarar Residence.
