From the moment we arrived, the sweeping views immediately set the tone for the evening. We also loved exploring the impressive wine list and beautifully crafted cocktails, both of which perfectly complemented the luxurious rooftop setting.

Our dinner featured a beautifully prepared Caesar salad alongside the spectacular surf and turf tower, an incredibly impressive selection featuring Maine lobster, Hokkaido scallops, Alaskan king crab, tiger prawns, wagyu sirloin, Iberico pluma pork, and Gundagai lamb loin. Every element was cooked with precision and showcased exceptional quality ingredients, making it an indulgent centrepiece for the table. The wagyu tenderloin served Rossini style was equally memorable, rich, luxurious, and perfectly executed with buttery tender beef and decadent flavours throughout.
