The atmosphere at UNO MAS is what makes the experience feel so special. The space feels lively yet elegant, with warm lighting, stylish interiors, and an energy that captures the spirit of a traditional Spanish dining experience while still feeling perfectly suited to Bangkok’s rooftop dining scene. We especially loved the carefully curated wine list featuring exclusively Spanish wines, which paired beautifully with the bold flavours throughout the meal.
Our dinner included beautifully fresh hamachi aguachile alongside pulpo à la Gallega, both showcasing vibrant flavours and excellent quality ingredients with refined presentation. The true highlight of the evening, however, was the traditional Segovia style suckling pig served tableside. The incredibly tender pig is prepared so delicately that it can be cut using a plate, which is then dramatically smashed as part of the serving tradition. The wonderful team made the experience even more memorable by inviting our son to take part and breaking the plate himself, something he absolutely loved and will remember for years to come.
Combined with the spectacular city views, lively atmosphere, live music, exceptional Spanish cuisine, and genuinely warm service, UNO MAS delivers one of Bangkok’s most entertaining and memorable dining experiences.
