Mornings at CIRE were every bit as memorable as dinner, with breakfast served in one of Uluwatu’s most spectacular settings. Overlooking dramatic limestone cliffs and the Indian Ocean, the refined alfresco restaurant provides a wonderfully peaceful start to the day, where uninterrupted sea views and the gentle ocean breeze create an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed.
Breakfast is entirely à la carte, celebrating beautifully crafted dishes prepared to order alongside freshly brewed coffee and an impressive selection of fresh juices. The menu strikes an excellent balance between nourishing favourites, creative healthy options, and both Balinese and Western classics. A basket of warm, freshly baked pastries is served to the table to begin, making it difficult not to linger a little longer.
Among our favourites were the Balinese inspired Mushrooms on Toast, layered with vibrant local flavours, and the Chef’s Signature Fisherman Egg Omelette, filled with beautifully fresh seafood. The Gourmet Matcha Pancakes were a standout for those with a sweet tooth, while perfectly cooked eggs made to order ensured there was something for every preference. We also loved the fragrant Balinese broths, packed with aromatic spices, along with the colourful selection of vibrant salads that offered a lighter start to the morning.
With exceptional produce, thoughtful presentation, and one of Bali’s most breathtaking breakfast settings, CIRE delivers an experience that is every bit as impressive as the views themselves.
