Perched high above Bali’s spectacular southern coastline, Lyvin Melasti offers a stylish villa retreat just a short drive from the pristine white sands of Melasti Beach. Tucked away from the crowds yet within easy reach of Uluwatu’s beach clubs, restaurants, and dramatic cliffside scenery, it is an ideal base for families or groups looking to experience one of Bali’s most beautiful corners in complete comfort.
We stayed in the Ocean View Two Bedroom Villa and were immediately impressed by its contemporary design. Floor to ceiling glass flooded the interiors with natural light, while clean architectural lines, warm timber accents, and carefully chosen furnishings created a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Both bedrooms were generously sized with beautifully appointed ensuite bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The spacious open plan living and dining area flowed seamlessly onto the outdoor terrace, where the private infinity pool became the centrepiece of our stay. Overlooking the sparkling Indian Ocean, it was the perfect place to spend slow mornings, afternoon swims, or simply unwind as the sun began to set over the coastline.
Despite its peaceful setting, Lyvin Melasti is perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Melasti Beach is only a short drive away, as are some of Uluwatu’s most popular dining destinations and beach clubs. Whether we were heading out for a day by the sea or returning after dinner, the location struck an excellent balance between convenience and tranquillity.
The warm, attentive service elevated the experience even further. The team were always quick to assist with requests, ensuring everything ran smoothly while allowing us to enjoy the privacy that villa stays are known for. Combining modern design, generous living spaces, beautiful ocean views, and genuine Balinese hospitality, Lyvin Melasti offers an effortless escape for travellers seeking a stylish home away from home in southern Bali.
