We began by sharing a selection of starters that showcased the restaurant’s playful approach to modern dining. The Wagyu cigars were wonderfully crisp with a rich, flavourful filling, while the corn ribs delivered smoky sweetness with plenty of char. The crispy chicken thighs were perfectly crunchy on the outside while remaining incredibly juicy, and the buffalo cauliflower tacos were another highlight, balancing gentle heat with fresh, vibrant flavours in every bite.

For our mains, the beautifully cooked fillet steak demonstrated exactly why STK has become such a popular destination for steak lovers, tender, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. We also recommend the seared salmon with Pea Purée, Saffron Beurre Blanc and Shaved Fennel, which offered a lighter option without compromising on taste. Each dish was beautifully presented and generously portioned, making the menu ideal for sharing across the table.

The drinks deserve a special mention. STK offers an extensive wine list alongside an impressive cocktail menu, with everything from timeless classics to creative signature creations. Whether you’re starting the evening with cocktails or selecting the perfect bottle to accompany your meal, there’s something to suit every occasion.
