Set on Hyatt Ziva’s picturesque beachfront, delve into mouthwatering fare and delicious cocktails at the resort’s lively Surf and Turf night. We loved the colourful surroundings, welcoming staff and sitting with our feet in the sand while enjoying a freshly barbecued feast. Start with a refreshing tuna tarter and delectable beef carpaccio before moving onto the main attraction. The decadent surf and turf includes a juicy flame grilled fillet steak and tender lobster tail. Every bite was cooked to perfection and they were even able to accommodate our children with kids menu options. Highlights of the night were of course the unforgettable dishes but we also loved the entertainment. Live reggae music and an impressive fire show truly made it an evening to remember. A must do for couples and families while staying at the luxury resort.
